Ingredients
– 200 Gms roasted peanuts (shelled and skins removed)
– 50 Gms roasted cashews (feel free to omit this if you are a peanut butter purist, but I think it improves the flavor and you don’t really taste the cashews)
– 3 tbsp sugar (you can increase or decrease the amount of sugar)
– 1 tbsp neutral flavored oil (increasing the amount of oil will make the peanut butter runnier)

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. I use my Vitamix blender with a tamper, which makes it a breeze. If your blender is not as strong as a Vitamix or doesn’t have a tamper, you may need to stop and scrape the blender down a few times until you get to the consistency you like. My family likes it really smooth.
And that’s it! Very simple and easy to make.
