Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Sriracha (or any other hot sauce)
- 1.5 tsp freshly grated Ginger
- 0.5 tsp freshly grated Garlic
- 8 cups shredded or very thinly sliced vegetables (Cabbage, Carrots, Bell Peppers, etc.)
Garnishes:
- Thinly sliced Scallions
- Chopped fresh Cilantro
- Toasted Sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, hot sauce, grated ginger and grated garlic. Whisk well to combine.
- Just before serving, add the shredded vegetables and toss to combine.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with thinly sliced scallions, chopped fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
