ASIAN SLAW

Ingredients

  • 2.5 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Sriracha (or any other hot sauce)
  • 1.5 tsp freshly grated Ginger
  • 0.5 tsp freshly grated Garlic
  • 8 cups shredded or very thinly sliced vegetables (Cabbage, Carrots, Bell Peppers, etc.)

Garnishes:

  • Thinly sliced Scallions
  • Chopped fresh Cilantro
  • Toasted Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, hot sauce, grated ginger and grated garlic. Whisk well to combine.
  • Just before serving, add the shredded vegetables and toss to combine.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with thinly sliced scallions, chopped fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
